Offer
Full serviced Apartment Top 14: 194 m², 2 terraces, 3 separate bedrooms, heating, hot water, internet, equipped kitchen, bedding etc.
Workshop, studio & exhibition space Top 2: 65 m², 3 rooms, heating, hot water
Workshop studio & exhibition space Top 7: 68 m², 3 rooms, no heating, no electricity, cold water.
2 x exhibition/performance per year: on the occasion of the residents' festival in June or December each year
Registration as primary or secondary residence is possible.
Cost
€390 per month per person incl. VAT, a flat fee covering all costs for room, heating, hot water, building maintenance, electricity, and internet.
Minimum stay: 3 months, with attendance required for the residents' festival in June or December.
The minimum stay costs (3 monthly payments = €1,170) are payable in advance upon key handover; for longer stays, the monthly cost contribution is payable thereafter.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
Prepayment of 4 months in one payment at the beginning: €1,450 instead of €1,560 (-7%)
Payment for 5 months in one lump sum at the beginning: €1,750 instead of €1,950 (-10%)
A security deposit of €500 per person is payable upon key handover.
SHORT STAYS
Short-term stays are allocated based on availability . Priority is given to long-term stays and artists planning their stay in June or December. The following are also offered, subject to availability:
3-month stay: excluding June/December: flat rate of €1,400 per person
2-month stays: flat rate of €1,100 per person
1-month stay: flat rate of €750 per person
